Why My Children won’t be making History as a Profession
Yasin, being the baby of the house and the fifth child, often gets away with a lot of things. He doesn’t have to clean, he doesn’t wash the dishes and he doesn’t do his bed either.
So Muhammad, my fourth son, felt something was not right. He cannot hang his bag on Yasin’s pram. Yasin dislikes anything on his pram because it is His.
Patience ran thin, so Muhammad asked his Mum, “Mak why does he always get what he wants?”
Mum said,”What he wants is what you wanted when your were his age”.
Muhammad’s response: “The Past is the Past! Let’s talk about the Future.”
My RESPOND if I were there: “Your Dad works on the Past and gets paid for it for your Future!”
